The chef, Gregory Marro, a lover of seafood and Italy, has chosen to offer authentic Italian cuisine: generous antipasti, a selection of fish prepared as ceviche, generous meats, not to mention pasta and pizzas. Special mention for the suckling pig confit, cooked at a low temperature, melting to perfection. On the sweet side, we let ourselves be tempted by the incredible baba!
