A treat! Ronald has forty-five years in the business! A former student of Escoffier and a Michelin star when he worked in Belgium, Ronald has nothing more to prove. His cuisine is a delicacy concocted with devotion using fresh market produce. Tasty and varied, you will enjoy truffle soup in winter, sweetbread crunch, chanterelle pie or, more exotic, Tahitian-style marinated fish. The menu changes every week, with a choice of two starters, two main courses and a homemade dessert in the form of a gourmet plate with homemade ice cream and pastries. All this is accompanied by good wines from the region or from the hills of Aix-en-Provence, rigorously selected. You will take your place in a friendly atmosphere in an atypical setting.
