The mill of Peyrouses, the name of the neighborhood in which it is established, is one of the most northerly mills in the department. It produces a very aromatic and intense oil that is highly sought after. Noël Sicard and his son Michel have been in his head since 2007. They press their olives (they have 2,000 trees of agass varieties) and those of 300 contributors. Their olive oil from France is sold directly to the mill.
