Home-made restaurant with a warm welcome ideal for vegetarians
HQ has taken up residence on Saunerie Street since September 2018. Our young and friendly Nicolas is everywhere at once, in the dining room and at the piano. Everything is homemade, even the fries, using fresh produce. The meat comes from the local butcher and the bread from the baker not far away. Faux filet, burgers, salads and feet and packages. You will take place in a large room all in length with a rustic atmosphere for a part and modern for the other one with sight on the water level, the rock of Baume and the Durance. A warm welcome guaranteed!

Les menus sont variés et très bons et ce sont des produits frais et du terroir paysan du Sisteron de surcroît.
Le patron est jeune et très aimable avec sa femme.
J'y retournerai et conseil vivement.
La salle est totalement enfumée par la cuisine centrale non adaptée (aucuns appareils professionnels).
La nourriture est surgelée ou issue de la grande distribution (frites industrielles, salade en sachet, vinaigrette, charcuterie et fromage bon marché…).
Dommage car le lieu pourrait être agréable (sans fumée) et le personnel est serviable. Et surtout la région a sûrement des tas de bons produits locaux à disposition qui pourraient améliorer les assiettes.
