Thierry Yernaux is a goat breeder and cheese producer with raw milk of stamped chèvre AOC, but also tommes and even svon to goat milk. You can find the operation on the old RN 100 between Mane and St Michel the Observatory at the level of Château de Sauvan, at 1,5 km of track.

Thierry et Marie sont des amis de 30 ans que j'ai eu le plaisir de retrouver cet été. Leur Banon AOC est une pure merveille et le cadre est magnifique. Ils auront bientôt des installations capables d'accueillir des camping-car et des campeurs dans les meilleurs conditions. Un endroit et des gens à découvrir absolument !!!
