Alexandre makes terrines from farm pigs from the Allier and Creuse regions. They are 100% natural, with Guérande salt, without additives or nitrite salts. Its specialities are pork terrines with Lubie de Montluçon beer, saint-pourçain, beer from the new JNT microbrewery in Vallon-en-Sully, Charroux mustard, garlic, as well as wild boar terrine with walnut wine. Find it at farmers' markets, organic and local produce markets, Christmas markets, and second-hand markets in the region. For the first time, in partnership with the microbrewery JNT, they are offering boxes with two terrines and three different beers.
