This family distillery is now managed by two brothers who are passionate about the environment. The liqueurs and spirits produced here are certified organic, without additives, extracts or concentrates. A very nice choice of aperitifs, pastis, eaux de vie but also génépi or liqueurs with very local flavors from Ubaye. All the work of the house is to ensure a precious and respectful craft know-how and to transmit all the subtlety of the aromas of the Alps and the nearby Provence. We love the organic gin.
