The mill's renaissance began a few years ago with Bruno, who restored a hundred centuries-old olive trees and set the ball rolling in the village. Another Bruno (from his first job as an olive grower) took up the reins and created a 4,000-tree organic orchard. He welcomes you to his mill, where you can discover his production workshop and store for olive oil made from local olives: the Aglandeau variety. Bruno also works with small local producers who entrust him with their olives. Local products in the store.
