Château Rousset is one of Pierrevert's most prestigious crus, a family-run estate since 1820, where expertise in vine and olive growing has been handed down from generation to generation. Thomas Emery produces an elegant red made from 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 5% Manosquin, a fresh rosé harvested at night, and a citrusy white made from Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier grapes. The vineyard is certified organic. Château Rousset's oil is distinguished by a particularly fiery green fruitiness.
