The duo of Émilie and Vincent, who specialize in wine and Vincent in cocktails, are at the helm, offering carefully-crafted, contemporary cuisine in a convivial atmosphere. Over a house-created cocktail or a glass of good wine - like this Marius en Ubaye made with pastis from the local Lachanenche distillery - you can savour original gourmet platters, always made with the finest ingredients. The sweets are made by Maison Padiou.

Le seul bémol est la quantité, nous avons commandé des magrets et de la joue de boeuf, deux plats excellent et visuellement magnifiques mais pour les gros mangeurs que nous sommes, on ne peut pas dire que c'était copieux, c'était même beaucoup moins, 2 tranches de magret et 4 petites pomme de terre c'est très light a mon goût, dommage !
Sinon les desserts étaient quand a eux bien copieux très agréables.
Mais merci a vous, et je recommande votre adresse pour ceux qui passe a barcelonnette.
Sa mérite quand même 5 étoiles parce qu'ont c'est tous régaler !
