For several years now, Le Gaudissart, where chef Jerôme Menconi works in the kitchen, has been one of Barcelonnette's most reliable gourmet addresses. Enjoy mountain specialties on the sunny terrace or in the brasserie-style dining room, as well as lobster and a carefully prepared daily special. We enjoyed the house terrine served with pickles, the veal escalope with morel mushrooms served with spätzles, before finishing on a simply divine floating island. Attentive service, a guaranteed treat.
