For several years now, Le Gaudissart, where chef Jerôme Menconi works in the kitchen, has been one of Barcelonnette's most reliable gourmet addresses. Enjoy mountain specialties on the sunny terrace or in the brasserie-style dining room, as well as lobster and a carefully prepared daily special. We enjoyed the house terrine served with pickles, the veal escalope with morel mushrooms served with spätzles, before finishing on a simply divine floating island. Attentive service, a guaranteed treat.

Que ce soit le café du matin ou le déjeuner avec le savoureux plat du jour, nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cet établissement. Le personnel y est en plus très accueillant et chaleureux et le cadre très joli !

Nous n'avons pas pu commander un plat qui est pourtant à la carte faute de l'emplacement de la table. Rapport qualité prix insuffisamment notamment pour la charcuterie.
