Every year, in May, Banon celebrates this delicious round cheese, made from raw goat's milk, classified AOC since 2003, which is a delight for gourmets and food lovers. It is an opportunity for thousands of visitors to discover the many cheese stands, but also local products presented during the day. At each new edition, another gastronomic region is the guest of honor, and the day is marked by various animations. A gourmet festival not to be missed under any circumstances!
