Un chef enthousiaste et passionné avec des ambitions qui a promis beaucoup et livré plus. Une petite carte bien pensée où l'agneau 36 heures mérite une mention spéciale. Essayez la bière locale à quelques kilomètres au nord de Banon pendant que vous y êtes - vous ne le regretterez pas !
