If olive oil is not the main activity of Christian Gaudemard, which also grows chickpeas, lentils, spelt, lavender and hybrid, it looks after the 200 olive trees in the family domain. If 150 of them, of aglandau variety, were aged, the others, des, were planted after the freezing of 1956. His oil, which he realized at the Moulin de Bonaventure, is an assemblage of the two varieties in ripe fruity. It is certified organic, like all its productions. 150 of the precious nectar is on sale at the farm and at the Solidaire Solidaire store in Roumoules.
