This guest house, a beautiful 17th century farmhouse, with its park planted with palm and olive trees, offers you a total change of scenery for a charming getaway. For lovers of authenticity in search of well-being and intimacy, there are only two rooms, each named after a Haut-Poitou grape variety: "Chardonnay" and "Sauvignon". Spacious and bright, they are decorated in a refined spirit.

An address discovered by chance on holidays. Le Chai is a house D guests is intimate and quiet, just 2 rooms, with refined decoration. No " design" here, and antique furniture weathered by the hostess passionate of decoration and the atmospheres 18th. The breakfast is generous, yoghurt and jams are a real slaughter, all served in pretty crockery! The bed is soft, one's sinks through the pillows… The reception is friendly, the garden and the pool really dépaysants (Olive trees, palm trees) the wooden terrace and lounge " lounge" are attractive for a siesta, under the parasol with the chirping of small birds perched on the tall trees in the adjoining park… a charming address has not to reveal, we prefer to keep it for yourself…

It is during business that I discovered " the cellar " and I liked the warm welcome and discreet which enabled me to relax and recharge your batteries me very leisure. The square, moreover, extremely pretty, is well furnished, comfortable and very tasteful, which does not spoil anything!
I loved table d'hôte also: my guest had the good inspiration of installing me in the garden, and was me a delicious meal, nicely presented and nicely watered!
A stop I have the intention to practice next year when my next to Poitiers.

Chai is a perfect house D guests for those looking for calm, peace and charm! the owners are both professional and discreet yet friendly and welcoming. We liked the refined decor of the rooms (only 2! privacy and calm respected, quite rare mentioning here), the breakfast served on the terrace, and table D guests where we can enjoy a cuisine really " maison" served in pretty crockery. Le Chai is a place that the one murmurs buzz marketing...to preserve preciously...

We spent the last night to the Cellar, near Park. Our room, SAUTERNE, spacious, elegantly furnished. Our fenêtr, we had a view of the pool and the garden, quiet.
What a us more is the automated gate, independent entrance, the lounge reserved for guests, the pretty stone façade, and the peace of the place.
Breakfast delicious and varied: with lemon cake, croissants, several types of bread, compote house, served with pretty crockery.
