In this bakery, the word "artisanal" takes on its full meaning. In front of you, the sourdough breads are baked in the wood-fired oven and the smell that emanates from them will make your mouth water. Traditional, like Elina, Polka, but also special with kamut, small spelt..., the breads are shaped with flours from organic farming and have an exquisite taste. L'incontournable Fournil d'Elina
Du mardi au dimanche matin, les effluves qui franchissent la porte indiquent que c'est la bonne adresse pour la boulangerie, les gâteaux, viennoiseries et pizzas. Pour les fêtes, il est conseillé de commander d'avance! On assiste même à la vue d'une très longue file d'attente, même si les vendeuses font des prouesses pour servir!
La qualité est au rendez-vous. Essayer le Fournil d'Elina, c'est l'adopter !
