This is an invigorating experience that Alejandra offers at Cryotera. In this center, we practice whole body cryotherapy. For 5 minutes, wearing your bathing suit, gloves and a cap, you will enter a low-temperature chamber (-85°C) with music. Sport recovery, well-being, cryotherapy is an ally, and Alejandra will explain to you how this thermal shock will contribute to the reduction of stress and to your quality of sleep. For targeted pain, try localized cryotherapy, for drainage, pressotherapy, and know that cold has slimming virtues thanks to cryolipolysis. A real boost to revitalize you!
