an "institution for Montamiséens", this building is above all a place, a building. in 2021, tworesidents of Montamisé, Karen and Véro, decided to buy this emblematic place (formerly Auberge Sainte-Quitère) to make it a new place of life and conviviality in the village

La Fabrique was born and gathers several activities: a restaurant / tea room, a delicatessen store, a coffee roaster and lodgings.The team then expanded with the arrival of Julia, the chef who graduated from the Ferrandi cooking school and who brings the restaurant to life with fresh, seasonal products and elaborate cuisine.
