Toque d'Auvergne, Valérie and her team elaborate a gastronomic cuisine where carefully selected products are highlighted. Between local dishes and daring associations, between poultry in Duchambais sauce or leg of lamb brayaude, and lobster and langoustines in shellfish sauce. Afternoon tea room.
