Bof, déçu du menu semaine, les crudités avec un peu trop de mayonnaise et va falloir revoir la composition du steak tartare, tant pis????

Pris un couscous et quelques amuses bouche pour 10 personnes dans le cadre de l'activité traiteur. Plats d'excellente qualité pour un tarif très abordable. Bien que je ne sois pas spécialiste du couscous, probablement le meilleur que j'ai jamais mangé avec toutefois un petit reproche qui reste tout à fait personnel sur la quantité de pois chiche que j'ai trouvé un peu limite. Petite frustration largement compensée par la qualité du plat et le volume des parts qui font regretté d'avoir un estomac bien trop petit. Merci d'avoir participé à la réussite de ma soirée. Je recommande sans limite.
