In this warm bar-restaurant open from 7am, Vincent creates a traditional cuisine revisited. Every day, he proposes a slate with his suggestions and a menu, but also more elaborate menus, juggling between beautiful pieces of Charolais accompanied by homemade fries, frog's legs, sauerkraut, scallops and fish according to the arrival. Première fois que je vais dans ce restaurant, et j'en suis ressorti enchanté, je pense que l'endroit est tenu par une famille, au service ,la femme et visiblement son fils, en cuisine "je pense" le mari, la clientèle est très correcte, une terrasse, un bel intérieur, nourriture très bonne, de bons vins ????, au verre ou à la bouteille, étant sur la route, un vin blanc en apéritif, un rosé pour l'ensemble du repas, un repas du jour, un repas à la carte, le tout pour le bonheur des papilles... j'ai noté l'endroit dans mon agenda personnel,
