Here you can eat healthy and balanced! A stone's throw from the Futuroscope, in the heart of the Technopôle, Florent has launched Melting Bowl. An address for fast and healthy food. You can order your poke at the counter: a base of rice, raw vegetables, fruit, and a choice of five recipes (salmon - tuna - chicken - marinated pork - and falafel), sprinkled with sesame seeds. Here everything is fresh and home-made. Fruit juices and local beers will quench your thirst. And since you didn't overindulge with your meal, let yourself be tempted by a little sweetness for dessert. The tiramisu is excellent.
