Renowned in the west of the city for their famous Gramoudou (a baguette with a touch of fresh cream sprinkled with salmon, chorizo or chicken curry...), Sophie and Julien Croisy wanted to open their second establishment, an artisanal bakery-pastry shop next to the airport. The difference? An even easier access and the possibility to come at any time of the day for a gourmet break. The bakery is spacious and nicely furnished. You can curl up on a sofa with a cabbage or an éclair, or sit at an eatery for a burger, a salad or a dish of the day. It's good and homemade. And don't forget your Pétrisane on your way out!
