In a warm and family atmosphere, he has managed to make this restaurant, which once belonged to his grandfather, a true Mecca of regional gastronomy. Excellent service. J'ai tout particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la prestation tant pour les repas que pour le service. J'ai adoré en entrée la cassolette de girolles suivie des rognons onctueux. Le tout agrémenté par un Riesling 2005 du clos Sainte Hune. Et pour terminer un chaud et froid avec myrtilles. Tout était excellent. Un accord parfait. Je recommande et j'y reviendrai.
