Thierry Mulhaupt, a well-known artist chocolatier in Alsace since 1991, surprises us every year with his new creations and subtle, hair-raising combinations. Lime-basil, white chocolate with fleur de sel and sesame or passion fruit. It's hard not to succumb to the equally tempting ganaches, with truffle, Espelette pepper, rose... Every year, at the height of the festive season, Christmas logs are in great demand, especially the limited editions.
