Charming inn offering dishes of a rare finesse.
This beautiful and charming inn is run by Mr. Bréart, chef and owner of the property. The high quality of the dishes is expressed on each dish. Combining tradition and modernity, the menu offers dishes of rare delicacy such as half-cooked roasted salmon with small shellfish, duck breast and its candied endives with orange or frozen meringue with Granny apples. An exceptional establishment that will delight the most discerning gourmets.

Une bien belle adresse que "L'auberge du relais" à Reuilly-Sauvigny. Nous sommes revenus plusieurs fois depuis le changement de propriétaire et n'avons jamais été déçus.
La salle est spacieuse et très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur les coteaux champenois. Le service est aussi professionnel que souriant. Le menu dégustation en sept services est superbe. Le chef réalise une très belle cuisine créative à base de produits frais et nobles. Ses plats sont un vrai plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles. La carte des vins et des champagnes est impressionnante mais il y a aussi la possibilité d'accompagner son repas de vins au verre.
Ce restaurant n'a rien à envier à bien des étoilés et mériterait, selon nous, de voir décerner de nouveau l'étoile qu'avait obtenue les précédents propriétaires.

Le cadre est très joli. J'ai mangé dans cette auberge dans le cadre d'un repas de groupe, on m'en avait fait l'éloge, j'ai été déçue, pas de saveur dans les plats. Le repas proposé n'était pas à la carte, dommage peut-être que j'aurai été moins déçue? Je n'ai pas envie d'y retourner.
