The cathedral and the square are magnificent! Just like the upper town elsewhere, where the medieval aspect is marked. The entertainment with period costumes are super to see. The cathedral is equally large, majestic. You will feel very small facing the magnificent cathedral. Moreover, you can see it when you arrive at Laon as it is at the top of a hill. Not to be missed when you go in Laon!

Quelle belle cathédrale ! Les décor gothiques sont sculptés avec une finesse incroyable. Si vous en avez la possibilité, montez dans les tours pour profiter d'une vue saisissante sur la ville et les alentours.

There is everything: explanations, free entrance, several radiating chapels. But no word is sufficiently fort with my taste to express the emotion that invaded me arriving at the cathedral! The valley was misty and bells sonas: how the paradise! The façade is right to fall. I never saw an interior so bright church. There are remains of polychrome in the chapels. Exceptional stained-glass windows. It just took the best of all the cathedrals than you might see in your life. Magnificent!
