However, there are some small recipes in the tasting menu, such as marinated salmon, served in entry, accompanied by a lot of salad, all being a little bland and suffocating. But disappointment is diminishing at the time of dessert, commensurate with the gastronomic ambitions of the restaurant. A few disappointments, therefore, but one of the best institutions in the department.
