THE CHURCH OF OUR LADY

In this church was baptized in 1639 Jean Racine. It is also here that in 1647 Jean de la Fontaine married Mary Héricart, the cousin of Jean Racine. The rich history of the monument began in the th century. From that time, today only the six-column portal remains. The immense tower of the church, flanked by four watchtower, was built by Catherine de Médicis in 1563. Inside three naves, there is a th century organ.
