FOIE GRAS DE LONGPONT

Sébastien Carré is a breeder and producer specialising in top-of-the-range poultry (old breeds of chickens). He was awarded a gold medal for his farm poultry. One of his great specialties remains foie gras, for which he won a gold medal at the Concours général agricole in 2018. Other specialties are also delicious: farmhouse pâté, medallions, stuffed necks, rillettes, horse sausage (gold medal 2019 in Bordeaux).
