FERME DE BRIE

Elisabeth and Emmanuel Woronoff welcome you to this elegant farm, 100% organic since 1982, which also serves as a gîte, for horseback riding, visits to the farm, and the sale of organic meat, potatoes and wheat. Their Blonde d'Aquitaine cows are fed on the good grass of the pastures. In winter, they eat home-made fodder (meadow and alfalfa hay) and cereals (oats, barley, peas). The organic meat is vacuum-packed, labelled and packed in 5 or 6 kilo boxes (it can be frozen).
