Alternatively, in fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace and its pergola. The cuisine ranges from the traditional to the original, with foie gras pressé or tuna tataki with Thai vegetable broth, followed by citrus magret, unless you prefer one of the burgers. For dessert: roasted pineapple with buckwheat beer and nougatine.
