Opened last year, this pretty guinguette is located on the banks of the Chapelle lake, not far from the château. It's a multi-purpose place where you can come in the morning for a coffee and a home-made pastry, or settle down for lunch in the sun. After the beach, you can meet up with friends for a game of pétanque or shuffleboard, and hang out into the evening for one of the concerts that punctuate the season. The cuisine is varied, with homemade burgers, salads and Breton sausage galettes. A very family-friendly, intergenerational place.

Welcome to La Base Guinguette!
Here, people come to have a drink, eat well, have fun, dance, and above all... enjoy the summer. Located on the banks of the lake in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, our guinguette is a friendly, lively place open to all.
Throughout the season, we offer a festive program including blind tests, live concerts, dance evenings, open-air escape games, designer markets and even swing or salsa initiations. Children are not forgotten: wooden games, pétanque pitch, nature area... there's something for the whole family!
On the food front, we work with local producers and passionate cooks to offer simple, fresh, seasonal cuisine, all in a relaxed, happy atmosphere.
