The restaurant offers a good quality home cooking with a short menu.
Both a restaurant and a wine cellar, Le Macis offers home-cooked, carefully prepared dishes from a short menu. The daily menu offers good value for money, and the menu is well thought out, with a Mediterranean accent. The winter menu featured a poached egg, cream of mushroom soup, curry oil and, for a local touch, Royer snails, green cabbage, lardons, flambéed in pastis, followed by a roast cod steak, crayfish bisque. For dessert, a rum baba. Good point for the wine list at fair prices, to be found in the cellar.
