Just 10 minutes from the beaches, in a residential park, this bistronomic restaurant created by Jordan and Florentin, the chef, is a great discovery for gourmets looking for a break from the coast. One of our 2024 favorites, we love the setting as much as the food. The setting is modern, warm and bright. The cuisine is inventive and seasonal, using fresh local produce whenever possible, such as Challans guinea fowl with tarragon, illustrating their credo of "one dish, one sauce", followed by an audacious pear and Sichuan pepper rum baba.
