FERME L'INDOMPTABLE

Local producer

Delphine and Pascal Mornet run the organic farm "L'indomptable", with about 200 hectares of various crops, potatoes and a pig farm, organic pork of course. Once a month, they offer direct sales of pork in 5.5 kg or 10 kg cases (which can be composed of ribs, roast, filet mignon, escalopes, sauté, black pudding, chipolatas, pate, rillettes...) but also retail (with in addition paupiettes, pâté, sausage, sausage meat...).
