Earthenware factory created in 1937 by the Boutain brothers for the manufacture of bowls from a red clay in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie
This earthenware factory was founded in 1937 by the Boutain brothers. They made bowls, using red earth from family quarries. Bowls without ears at first, but they soon evolved into the successful bowls we know today, such as the famous "prénom" bowl. You can also have your bowl engraved with your child's first name, buy a house plaque, baby crockery or an original egg cup. Store on line.
