Restaurant among the good tables of the country for a refined cuisine with a good quality/price ratio.

This restaurant overlooks the large beach. This address is one of the best restaurants in Saint-Gilles. At its head, a globe-trotting chef, Andreï Carafa and Amandine Pascaud. The cuisine is refined and the panoramic view on the ocean, makes this moment a nice gourmet break. A bistronomic cuisine, on a traditional basis with influences from his travels, with for example: ceviche of mackerel with five citrus fruits, braised shoulder of lamb, stewed red cabbage with pineau, or back of pollack in a bacon crust, and the signature dessert, the chocolate sphere.

Pintade et légumes d’une fadeur, heureusement que la sauce était présente pour donner du goût et sauver le plat. Le repas des enfants, les pâtes étaient trop cuites et mal égouttées. Seul le service était à la hauteur.

Personnel aux petits soins, table et accueil soignés. Plats travaillés et raffinés avec une proposition de bons vins.
Le risotto parmesan à l' espadon et le millefeuille vanille étaient délicieux. Un bon restaurant que je conseille.
