Breton creperie where you can taste crêpes and crispy pancakes in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
This vast business is located at the end of the embankment of the big beach, not far from the real blue bathing cabins. It is a Breton crêperie: here, the crêpes and galettes are crispy! Another particularity, a playroom for the children. The pancakes are made with organic flour from the Moulin de l'Écluse (Pont-l'Abbé). The technique is certainly "Breton", but the products are mostly from Vendée, as in the "galette à la fressure et pommes de terre"; there are also the "classics". For dessert, try the Cabines crêpe with apples.
