At the Benatier, Roch is the third generation of red label chicken elevators. Its operation is classified as a Green label (validated by the General Council and the Chamber of Agriculture of Vendée). Located in Saint-Fulgent, it offers local residents home delivery. But you will be able to find these poultry at La Boutique de l 'Ferme, its rotisserie located next to the Arago market, the Sables-d' Olonne, and in different addresses of the Vergers de Vendée. It pupil and selects its chickens in a permanent quality concern and proposes them in two types of packaging: the ordinary freezer bag, to eat fresh or freeze, the other packaging is a special bag ranging from the freezer to the oven. Frankly, after tasting Roch's chickens with this method of cooking, you can no longer go back to the traditional cooking method, without a bag.
