This is the direct sales outlet of the Noirmoutier Island salt cooperative. Here, you can buy Noirmoutier salt directly, harvested by the island's salt-makers in keeping with an age-old tradition. The fleur de sel is delicately hand-picked from the surface of the water and dried naturally in the sun, under the Nature & Progrès label. A varied range of salts - coarse salt, fine salt and fleur de sel - natural or flavored, as well as a range of complementary products (salicorne, caramels, chips...).

Une petite boutique le long du quai mignonne comme tout avec le sel de noirmoutiers en sachet de contenance variable mais aussi du sel aux algues et parfumé. Des prix intéressants
