This is the direct sales store of the Noirmoutier Island salt cooperative. Here, you can buy Noirmoutier salt directly, harvested by the island's salt-makers in keeping with age-old traditions. The fleur de sel is delicately hand-picked from the surface of the water and dried naturally in the sun, under the Nature & Progrès label. A wide range of salts - coarse salt, fine salt and fleur de sel - natural or flavored, as well as a range of complementary products (salicorne, caramels, chips, etc.).
