Brigitte, Philippe and their son Dylan's salt works consists of 118 carnations. They produce coarse salt and fleur de sel (plain and flavoured) and, depending on the year, salicorne. To vary your dishes, season them with fleur de sel with lemon, ginger, 5 berries, chilli pepper, curry, basil... Il y a différents types de sels à vendre et notamment du sel mélangé avec différentes épices, à des prix défiants toute concurrence et qui n'ont pas à rougir des sauniers de Camargue. Le kilo de gros sel de cuisine est vendu 1€ et les 500g aromatisés 2,5€, franchement c'est top, local et pas cher. Adresse à retenir +++
