The short, seasonal menu features fresh fish and French meats, with a constant focus on value for money: trout tartare, mango, black radish and lime, followed by fish fillet (depending on availability), roasted vegetables and citrus broth. For dessert, succumb to the delicious brioche vendéenne (French toast).
