Close to the château, behind the white façade and gray shutters of a typical residence with a small terrace in front, a new restaurant opened its doors in summer 2025: Lemar! A sober, elegant setting for gourmets to share an original bistronomic experience. The chef, with his wealth of experience, offers a refined cuisine blending local produce with Asian inspirations, such as lamb: roasted ribs and sweetbreads in nem with vegetable jus, or yuzu tart. This delicate fusion translates into generous, balanced and creative dishes, where the rigor of French techniques meets the finesse and lightness of Japanese culinary aesthetics. The lunch menu perfectly illustrates this approach, with dishes designed to awaken your taste buds while respecting the seasonality and freshness of the produce. Discover the maki-style mackerel with leeks, the cocotte egg with Japanese mushrooms, the pressed foie gras with pig's trotters, or the crème brûlée-style yuzu tart and the yuzu, ginger and sake sorbet cup.
