An alleyway leads to this beautiful establishment, one of the best restaurants in the bocage, with a star! Restored old building, small dining room, beams and designer lighting. Chef Xavier Giraudet, whose career has included stints in some of the world's top establishments, including Guy Savoy and Ledoyen, offers a contemporary and tasty cuisine, including: roast duck filet from Madame Burgaud, glazed turnip and quince marmalade with Sichuan pepper, blueberry juice and a dessert featuring organic Vendée chocolate in crunchy tubes.
