Chef Xavier Giraudet, whose career has included stints in some of the world's top establishments, including Guy Savoy and Ledoyen, offers a contemporary and tasty cuisine, including: roast duck filet from Madame Burgaud, glazed turnip and quince marmalade with Sichuan pepper, blueberry juice and a dessert featuring organic Vendée chocolate in crunchy tubes.
