The Mourat vineyards are located on the slopes overlooking the Lay valley. The entire vineyard is farmed organically (part of which is in conversion). One of the world's largest protected wine-growing areas. Main grape varieties for whites: Chenin and Chardonnay, and for reds: Negrette, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc. Cuvées include Château Marie du Fou, Collection, O.V.N.I, Clos Saint-André, Moulin Blanc, and a traditional method 13.36. For tasting, visit the medieval cellar at the foot of the château and the estate.
