This is another of the island's many must-see sites. Facing east and south, it is located south of the Pointe du But. The Pointe du Châtelet is the peninsula of the wild coast, with a charming beach: the beach of Sabias. An alignment of fishermen's huts characterizes the arrival on this beach. At its end, a calvary stands on its base in the shape of a ship's prow: it was erected in memory of sailors who died at sea.
