This chocolate maker and confectioner is installed just next to the Casino des Atlantes, on the embankment of Sables-d'Olonne. He has the particularity to make his home-made chocolates in front of the customer. Among his specialities, try the Remblai cobble (truffle base, with roasted hazelnuts). Among his other creations, the saunier (praline and fleur de sel), the mélusine (praline coated with meringue), the bouchon sablais or for children the tête au carré (marshmallow).
