Pain complet est excellent , la brioche aussi !
Les éclairs : très bons ainsi que les flans
Les sandwiches au pain suédois : très bons
Les salades : trop de verdure et pas assez de garniture.
La baguette est par contre assez moyenne et ramollit très vite.
Suggestion : prévoir davantage de fournées au moment des périodes de grande affluence comme les vacances scolaires.

Autrement, la boulangerie est pas folle xD je n'ai aimé que ça mais vous ne le faites plus apparemment...ce qui est dommage
